Can you explain the difference between the two deadlines?
Absolutely. It's important to understand both dates:
- The Purchase Deadline (December 31, 2025): This is the last day you can make a purchase that is eligible to earn a rebate. Think of this as the final day to "earn" your rebate.
- The Issusance Deadline (January 31, 2026): This is the close date of the program and eligible orders placed prior to the purchase deadline will have shipped and rebates issued.
What happens if I make a purchase on January 1, 2026?
Any purchases made on or after January 1, 2026, will not be eligible for the rebate program. The system will not accept rebate claims for purchases made after the December 31, 2025 deadline.
Troubleshooting & Special Cases
My eligible product is on backorder and will ship after December 31, 2025. Is it still eligible?
Yes. Eligibility is determined by the purchase date, not the shipping or delivery date. As long as your order was placed and you have a confirmation receipt dated on or before December 31, 2025, your purchase is eligible.
What happens if I return a product for which I've already submitted a rebate claim?
Our standard return policy applies. As per the rebate program's terms and conditions, if you return a product, the rebate is voided. If the rebate has already been paid, the rebate amount will be deducted from your refund.
Does this mean Fasteners Direct will stop offering all discounts?
Not at all. We are only discontinuing this specific, rebate program. We will continue to offer other valuable promotions, seasonal sales, and special discounts throughout the year. The best way to stay informed about these offers is to subscribe to our newsletter.
