Fasteners Direct has been an integral part of our Vendor Managed Inventory program, here at Ranger Design.

They have been with us for many years and brought many new solutions to our inventory needs. They have impeccable customer service, and have an excellent on time delivery rating.

We currently have them supplying both our US and Canadian facilities, and they have remained remote for much of the process. We have a scanning process which allows them to see our consumption, which we have purchase orders placed in our ERP system for. They perform an on-site review to ensure our inventory levels are as they should be once a quarter.

Although we may not be Fasteners Direct's biggest customer, they were HAPPY to help during a time of need. The hex head bolts we use for solar installations were completely out of stock at all surrounding supply houses. FD came through, with outstanding customer service and even packaged our hardware in PAILS! I really love the idea of reusing pails and recycling. The pails help keep our upfitted vans much cleaner than boxes that get wet and rip open, resulting in loss of product.
