Shipping & Handling Policy

Standard Shipping 

Overview

Fasteners Direct offers multiple shipping and delivery options to meet customer needs. Certain products, order types, or shipping methods may be subject to additional handling or freight charges. 

Free Shipping Exceptions

Certain items and order types do not qualify for free shipping, regardless of order total.

Rods exceeding 6 feet in length will incur a special shipment fee.

Free standard shipping may be available for qualifying orders. Customers may request free shipping consideration, and eligibility will be determined based on current shipping guidelines.

Orders that do not qualify will be subject to applicable shipping charges. Free shipping will be sent standard freight or ground, any other freight requests will be paid by the customer.

Preferred Carrier Requests

Customers may request shipment using a preferred carrier within Fasteners Direct’s approved carrier network.

Requests for carriers outside of Fasteners Direct’s approved carrier network will need to be arranged for pick-up by the customer within Fasteners Direct Standard business hours.

Pick-Up Orders

Customers may request order pick-up at the time of order placement.

Our team will coordinate scheduling and order readiness with the customer.
