Order Pick Up

Order Pick-Up Policy

Overview

Customers may request to pick up orders directly from the Fasteners Direct facility.

Pick-up orders are processed according to standard lead times, and customers will receive a phone call or text notification once the order is ready for collection.

All pick-up orders are retrieved at Suite B.

Order Hold Time

Once a customer has been notified that their order is ready for pick-up, the order will be held for up to 5 business days.

If the order is not collected within this timeframe, Fasteners Direct may contact the customer to confirm pick-up plans or review alternative arrangements such as shipment or order cancellation.

Customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Experience Team if additional time is required.

Small Order Handling Fee

Orders under $100 are subject to a small order handling fee, regardless of whether the order is shipped or picked up.

Order Pick-Up Process

Customers must sign for their order at the Customer Experience Desk at the time of pick-up.

Orders will only be released once the required pick-up documentation has been completed.

Large Order Requirements

Orders weighing over 250 lbs must be collected using a vehicle capable of accommodating a pallet. Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate transportation is arranged prior to arrival.

Fasteners Direct is not liable for shipment securement once the order has been placed in the customer’s pick-up vehicle.

Loading Process For large pick-up orders:

  • A sign-off must be completed at the Customer Experience Desk

  • Loading will not begin until all required documentation has been completed
